Kitchen Renovation Project
Our clients felt their kitchen was no longer working for their growing family. After a consultation outlining their vision and requirements for the space, they entrusted us to transform their kitchen into a modern open-plan space. We started ny demolishing walls and relocating the sink and fuse board. A load-bearing steel beam was installed for structural integrity, followed by plastering and the fitting of a new kitchen. We enhanced the area with stylish spotlights and elegant herringbone wood flooring. Additional improvements included creating a new door opening to the garage, rerouting waste pipes, and installing new radiators and electrical sockets, resulting in a functional and inviting living space.
Extension Project
We replaced an old coal house with a contemporary single-story extension, showcasing a stunning vaulted ceiling and a new chimney stack for a log-burning stove. The project included the addition of a convenient downstairs toilet and utility room, as well as a new drainage system. The existing patio was removed and replaced with a stylish Indian stone patio at the rear of the property. A charming fireplace with rustic brick slips was also installed, enhancing the warmth and character of the space.
Double Storey Extension Project
Our client approached us with a vision for a stunning double storey extension, designed to enhance their living space by adding a luxurious master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. We expertly managed every aspect of the construction process, ensuring a seamless experience from the foundation to the roof. Our comprehensive services included plumbing, joinery, electrical work, and plastering, guaranteeing high-quality craftsmanship throughout the project. Additionally, while on-site, the client requested a new roof for their existing property and the construction of elegant boundary walls using the same brick as the extension, creating a cohesive and stylish look. We are proud to have transformed their home into a beautiful, functional space that exceeds their expectations.
External Renovation Project
In this project, we successfully removed four walls to create an open and spacious layout. We installed new fencing to enhance privacy and security around the property. Our team prepared the area for tarmac, incorporating pin kerbs and ACO drainage to ensure proper water management and a clean finish. Additionally, we laid attractive slabs at the front of the property, providing a stylish entrance. We also constructed 42 meters of sturdy wall, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the landscape. The final touch is for the customer to enrich their garden with topsoil and spread grass seeds, completing their outdoor transformation.
